I've absolutely blocked it's Rundll32.dll startup using Spinach, and blocked it's main startup progame too. I would only use it when necessary, not every day. Well, guys, the miracle did happen. :) Using good old "Scanreg \restore" in DOS after several abortive tries, because I finally remembered that it had been a few days before I restored the system and re-installed all my programes, I was able to select the earliest date (not run) of my backup cabs, and presto - everything works again. Another testomony to the fact the backups are so important to do. :nerd: eef2. |
