| 421059 | 2006-01-14 21:44:00 | hey.. both of my computer have windows xp pro on.. and i am trying to connect each other by remote assistance on msn??? well on the other side, it say it can't be connected.. what should i do in order to get it to work?? thanks your help is appreciated jacky |

| 421060 | 2006-01-15 05:21:00 | I think remote desktop/assistance only works properly in Windows Messenger, not MSN messenger. It'll be better to use remote assistance / desktop under the accessories / comms menu. BUT in order to use remote desktop, u have to give each PC a username/password. |
