2006-01-15 09:20:00 | I use a Genius, Netscroll traveller series optical mouse. PS/2 or usb. They come in a couple of colours and are about $35 or so. Problem free, and they look quite cool. Worth a look at. Hook

2006-01-15 11:28:00 | Wants the mouse to be precise? Probably she is targetting for optical mouse, then. I think Logitech mouse has some good reputation after reading various reviews, though I have not had any experience with them. | Renmoo (66) | |

2006-01-15 17:43:00 | She doesn't know what she wants came up with Infrared - her laptop is not bluetooth. I think it is just an optical mouse - is there such a thing as a infra red mouse | frossy13 (4462) | |
2006-01-15 20:47:00 | Ask her if she minds a cord attached to her mouse. If yes, get an Wireless Optical Mouse, otherwise get a standard Optical Mouse. Since a Wireless Optical Mouse is more expensive, knowing kids' tastes, that'll be the one she wants. Sorry Prada doesn't make one yet.

2006-01-16 12:47:00 | Whadda ya mean "she doesn't know." How old is this daughter? As someone who was once a teenage girl, I can report they usually know exactly what they want - governed by what they've decided themselves or what their best friend/major enemy has or what's the current fashion. So if all you can find out is "Infrared", this is merely something she heard which sounds like the latest & greatest thing. And Daddy will be really spoiling her if that's the best she can do for an explanation.
