| 421712 | 2006-01-16 14:33:00 | I have upgraded to Windows XP Pro, I am having problems with my HP Writer,It will read disc's but,it refuses to write! I get a error messages telling me it is not connected to an IDE cable,and yes it is connected,is this writer compatable with windows XP Pro :( thanks in anticipation. | Lizzy (9633) | ||

| 421714 | 2006-01-16 17:08:00 | Hi,thanks for your reply,yes I have looked in the device manager and its tells me no problems and that it is working! It's got me baffled :annoyed: I don't know anything about the bios settings never been in the bios.It does show in my computer. |
