422425 2006-01-19 02:27:00 I am using Outlook 2003 SP2.

Recently the Send/Receive button stopped functioning. How do I get it functioning again?

422427 2006-01-19 19:46:00 I am on all the time using Jetstream

I have it set up to look for mail and this arrives, but I am not able to manually look for mail using the button.

422431 2006-01-20 04:32:00 Do the Email Accounts you want to check have the "Include this Account when
doing a full Send and Receive" box checked in the properties.
Tools/Options
Mail Setup Tab
Send/receive button
Settings for group "All Accounts" - There is a box to select Include this account in send/receive.

Not entirely sure but I think what Safari is saying is do you have the "Work Offline" setting in Outlook enabled.

Exactly. No fooling you Susan

422434 2006-01-23 01:00:00 The box for include this in send/receive is ticked.

The "Work Offline" setting is not ticked.

However it has started working again without my intervention. Maybe Bill G is remotely controlling the button: Yeah right.

Thanks for your help
