| 422431 | 2006-01-20 04:32:00 | Do the Email Accounts you want to check have the "Include this Account when doing a full Send and Receive" box checked in the properties. Tools/Options Mail Setup Tab Send/receive button Settings for group "All Accounts" - There is a box to select Include this account in send/receive. |

| 422434 | 2006-01-23 01:00:00 | The box for include this in send/receive is ticked. The "Work Offline" setting is not ticked. However it has started working again without my intervention. Maybe Bill G is remotely controlling the button: Yeah right. Thanks for your help  |
