| 422141 | 2006-01-18 06:20:00 | I need a bit of help to track down the manual for an ECS P6BXT-A+ revision 1.3B motherboard (slot 1 or socket 370 P11, P111 or celery). There is no problem with it, at the mo it's happily running a celery 370 533MHz , I'd just like to have the manual and if poss drivers and BIOS for large disks. I've had a fossick around the internet and the Elite site but they don't list this particular board in their archives, whats worse a manaul supposedly for a P6BX-A+ (thinking it may be similar) turned out to be for a totally different model. Managed to find an updated BIOS too, but no drivers at all . How'd you find the board on the Taiwan site? I drew a blank there, could only get (sans T) P6BX-A+ 1 . 1 . Anyway, the wee darling is running Mepis Linux (3 . 4-2 RC1, for the freaks) on 194MB of ram and a 9 . 4GB HDD and doing it very nicely . Finally went in through links via DriverGuide . com, to the USA which strangely linked to completely diff looking web pages than the what I had checked out previously and, which linked back to the Taiwan site for downloads . Maybe I should have looked at the Support page, and maybe I shouldna given up so soon, but hey, appreciate your 15 seconds :blush: |
