What is the best approach to do this? Your help will be very much appreciated. I have been there! What you need to do is archive your emails first, Outlook will generate a .PST file which contains all your emails. All you have to do then is copy it on a pen drive and paste it on your new machine and use the import feature in Outlook to import it. |

These instructions show how, its the same basically for all versions on Outlook. Export-or-back-up-messages-calendar-tasks-and-contacts (support.office.com) **** DO NOT DO THIS **** Find the pst , & copy it to a USB stick. Agree totally, archiving will cause all sorts of problems. |
