1396869 2015-03-21 14:33:00 Hello guys,

I'm thinking of changing computer soon and I had like to move all my saved emails within Outlook to my new computer? What is the best approach to do this? Your help will be very much appreciated.

1396870 2015-03-21 19:24:00 Outlook stores your data, emails, contacts, calendars etc, in a .pst file.
Search your computer for .pst files and make a backup of any that are found.

The default location for outlook 2013 is in the Documents\Outlook Files folder.

I have been there! What you need to do is archive your emails first, Outlook will generate a .PST file which contains all your emails. All you have to do then is copy it on a pen drive and paste it on your new machine and use the import feature in Outlook to import it.

you can always use Outlook to export the .pst .

These instructions show how, its the same basically for all versions on Outlook. Export-or-back-up-messages-calendar-tasks-and-contacts (support.office.com)
