A great leap forward, Apple's got you covered with a problem for every occasion. ;) Hmmmm Interesting article. A few points: iOS 8 crashes 67pc more often than its predecessor, iOS 7 According to Apple, 46pc of iOS-enabled devices, including iPhones, iPads and iPods, are running iOS8, while 49pc are running iOS 7 & to roll back the update: Step 5) Installing the IPSW file will wipe everything from your phone, but now you can re-install everything you backed up earlier. Simply select "Restore Backup" in iTunes. Nice one, in other words reinstall the OS, its not a roll back at all. Wonder how many people will lose all their data. I was offered either a Samsung or iphone today, same price when enquiring about a plan upgrade, guess which one I Didn't take. :) |

Just reading on www.stuff.co.nz OMG  about 50 people at one store and 60 at another - If that low numbers happed overseas they would wonder what went wrong :) Edited: Just found a reply from Apple re the phones bending: online.wsj.com saying warping is "extremely rare" through normal use. So there you go -- :p people are not using their new phones correctly. |

| 1384635 | 2014-09-25 23:12:00 | Yup, it's mostly due to having unapproved non-Apple clothing. If you go to the iGarment iDepartment, there are many choices available for exclusive iDesigner Fashion Apparel. Using this iThreads range avoids voiding your warranty, instead leaving you a complete iUser. ;) |

If they had done this there would have been no surprises and massive expenses such as they are going to incur now. The staff that have been testing them in real life situations much have been treating them like precious jewels, heads should roll at Apple engineering for this elementary stuff up. My grandson would have found all physical vulnerabilities in the unit after a day using it down at the skate-park in Moorhouse Avenue. |

Isn't that what Apple told people with the antennagate story a couple of years ago?? :-) |
