Greg - watch a few of her programmes, one of them she shows non-cooks a few dishes and gets them to try cooking them - they really are easy to do - you don't have to have a wok, a frypan with reasonably high sides will do, just make sure you turn the heat up to max on your oven element.	pctek (84)
