| 423270 | 2006-01-22 23:55:00 | On newer PCs, you want to check the BIOS options out (see your motherboard manual). There will usually be one that says "Restart PC after power loss". Of course if you experience frequent power losses (usually when you live somewhere with lots of trees next to power lines..), you might want to invest in a UPS. |

| 423274 | 2006-01-23 01:39:00 | Pressing the "DEL", or one of the "Fx" keys (depending on the make of the BIOS) during the startup will get you into the BIOS setup programme. Often there are a set of tabs at the top of the screen; if so look at Boot Options. But just browse around if its not there. The "Esc" key (Ior the power switch ;)) will get you out if you think you are lost. It won't actually change anything unless you tell it to. | Graham L (2) | ||
