| 424420 | 2006-01-26 09:26:00 | Hi, When checking for updates in Windows Update, I get the following message....Files required to use Windows Update are no longer registered or installed on your computer..... I then click the button that says get or reinstall necessary files, it says it is downloading and registering files, but I get the same message when I look for updates again. Any clues?
