You will still need to re-associate any third-party files, but it is a start. :) Ok, I love you and want to have your children.... ...but seriously thanks for this excellent link, once i reimported the batch file reassociation ni to the registry, ran this batch and it looks like it fixed 99% of my problems. I've totally reinstalled Norton as this was still wonky and it looks like functionality is right back. Will run some fo the other programs now to see if any funnies are lurking. |
