| 428129 | 2006-02-07 21:35:00 | Hi Everyone, Is it normal in New Zealand for Uploads to count towards your monthly cap? Our cap is almost gone already due to me doing a large number of uploads. Do the ISP's have to tell you that the cap includes uploads as well? Cheers, Daniel |

As far as I know they all include uploads in monthly caps with one exception that I know of and that is Ihug . Uploads with Ihug are not counted . There may be other IPs with free uploads as well but I don't know of any . Do the ISP's have to tell you that the cap includes uploads as well? Don't know about have to but it should be in their terms somewhere . If they don't specifically mention anything about uploads or downloads then I think you can safely assume that both are included . It is when they mention downloads and not uploads that you would be right to query it . |
