| 428597 | 2006-02-09 01:01:00 | my mate has got his computer back from a pc repair shop, they installed a pirated version of wnidows onto his computer, he doesnt really care because he has a legit liscencse, which is installed on his other drive, how can i get the serial from the old xp install files on the old drive, and replace the illegal lisence with the legit one?? dont say i installed pirated windows because all my microsoft software is legit. | Codex (3761) | ||

| 428606 | 2006-02-09 21:43:00 | If the PC shop advertised the PC as "Windows XP installed", or "system including Windows XP," I'd demand a legit version or threaten to turn 'em in. It's really not fair to businesses who are being legit, giving an unfair advantage to crooks. |
