429193 2006-03-13 07:30:00 I am in San Jacinto, California...a short few miles from Palm Springs, Riverside, and the town of Pixley (yes, the "Green Acres" town!) and about 75 miles to LA.

GoogleEarth co-ordinates to my home:

33°46'39.95° N / 116°58'30.34°W, ALT 1529 feet above sea level.
turn on GoogleEarth, and c/p those co-ordinates into the search function.....have fun.

First real try at GoogleEarth rather than just looking at Takapuna. Took quite a while.....but by my observation you are only a few blocks west, and very slightly south, of the San Jacinto Police Dept (and less exciting....about the same distance from San Jacinto Senior Information).

429194 2006-03-13 08:18:00 First real try at GoogleEarth rather than just looking at Takapuna. While in GoogleEarth, you can take a look at 37° 43' 27.9436" S 176° 10' 03.1426" E and you'll find my house :) Well actually Google Earth probably won't get you close enough to exactly my house, but you'll be in the general area ;)

429196 2006-03-13 09:43:00 I thought that all those google earth type services bought all their satalite pictures off the same company? Greven (91)
