430225 2006-02-14 02:35:00 Hi All.
XP Home SP2.
Go to Start, All Programs.. I have three columns of programs. I know there is a fourth over to the right. I cannot get at it.
If you look at "My Documents" you will see it is possible to shift columns back & forth. Is it possible to do this in All Programs?
The display setting is at 1024 X 768. DPI Large Size 120DP. I need it large to be able to see things.
Any ideas?/ PJ

430227 2006-02-14 04:31:00 Less than 2 hours before bumping your post is a bit keen PJ ;)

It sounds like you need to re-organise your start menu so that you have less items listed and you can group similar items together in sub-folders. Have a look at this for instructions on how to do this: Start Menu Folders (www.worldstart.com)

430228 2006-02-14 04:45:00 ... or you may like to use a program to do this for you. This one Tidy Start Menu (www.snapfiles.com) looks good and is freeware. I have never used this program, so install at own risk. :) Jen (38)
430229 2006-02-14 06:29:00 Sorry Jen.
Is it possible to make a new folder within All Prorams itself? PJ

Just make sure you are in the correct direction, then right-click in a blank area and select New > Folder (or go File > New > Folder).

Thanks Jen ... . Used this one & it works OK. I think it is a similar/simpler way of doing your first one. PJ
