1385489 2014-10-02 07:40:00 So the St Johns Ambulance relies on donations, membership subscriptions, and fees, whilst a racist, separatist mob, extort $6m+ from the taxpayer.

What is your excuse Mr Key, or can’t you remember?

1385490 2014-10-02 08:56:00 Wananga? What a shock. The students got a PC as part of their "course costs" about 10 years ago, come the end of the year a lot of these PCs ended up in 2nd hand shops. Did some work for a maori lady back then and she said she wouldn't hire anyone with a degree from there. Renegade (16270)
1385491 2014-10-02 20:53:00 ah yes , more blatant racism.
Lets bash the maori, because god knows us whities never do any wrong or rip of the system.

$8M on that one scheme quoted above, vs how much on the Americas cup ?

At least with BM looking out for us you can be sure nothing to do with them will slip past him. Oh and that evil JK will always be to blame.

1385493 2014-10-02 21:36:00 Another Zzzzzz post Speedy Gonzales (78)
1385494 2014-10-02 21:56:00 It is straight out theft of us taxpayer’s money and it doesn’t matter whether the perpetrators are Black White or Brindle.

Quote:

“Nearly 100 players and staff "completed" an 18-week course in just one day and a member of the club board - who also worked for the wananga that ran the tertiary course - has been referred to the Serious Fraud Office.”

Well, it just so happens that our $6m could have been better spent in the health sector or on something else useful.

So who pocketed the money?

I must say though that Maori Tourism must be dead easy to learn if the likes of the Warriors can complete an 18 week course in just a day. Unless of course they are all “Mensa Members”.

1385495 2014-10-02 22:33:00 St Johns Ambulance relies on donations, membership subscriptions, and fees.

Partly true, they also get a payout via ACC per call out, there are some caveats around it though. But don't let facts get in the way of a good story.

The "Facts" aren't getting in the way of anything, because the St John is a "Charitable Organisation" and far more worthy of $6m than a bunch of rip-off artists.

The matter is apparently in the hands of the Serious Fraud Office now, so it will be interesting to see if Key, Collins, Finlayson, or their "Go To" Slater tries to pervert the course of justice.

BS.

Its only being pointed out here because it was a Maori scheme.
Strange how no mention was originally made of all the non-maori schemes & organisation ripping of the system.

Just the usual maori bashing .

1385498 2014-10-03 00:09:00 Meanwhile all this will continue whilst we have people yawning while the ship sinks.

I would like to see an audit of the Maori Otaki university.
