| 1398002 | 2015-04-09 04:29:00 | An Orccon guy rang me back at night. He got me to login to my fritzbox. He thinks the problem may be that my laptop is too old and isnt capable of gigabit speeds (or even near it) He got me to do speed tests through the evening and he would look at the results. He would then decide wether or not to create a ticket for this problem. Havven't heard from him since Tuesday night. I have no idea whats going on if anything. T This guy spoke fluent geek and had me suitable confused. All I know is my connection and speed are worse since I got the new modem. I have to sometimes refresh my page a few times just so it will load, he said he could see it being dropped. If my laptop isnt capable of Gigabit speed due to age etc. how come the driver for Gigabit showed up as having been updated on my laptop. |
