Was Jones too Centrist for the party , so he gave up & quit (ie he wasnt wanted?) They seem to have forgotten, that traditional labour voters are working class , working class arnt extreme lefties . The apparent extreme left leanings drove off its traditional pool of voters . |

Re... the comment by Little about having a woman as deputy leader, Slater suggests Louisa wall. "Woman, maori and lesbian.... ticks all the boxes" Ken :) How about Grant Robertson with Louisa Wall. Then they could have a big Gay Rainbow over Labour Headquarters and a float in the next Hero Parade. :rolleyes: |

They need a strong dictator (like Helen) to keep them all in line otherwise they spend all their time fighting amongst themselves. Not good for them or NZ. We need an effective opposition party no matter who is the government and I would prefer that when Labour becomes the government which they will in 3 or maybe 6 years they are not run by any of the current self serving idiots. | CliveM (6007) | ||
