| 1397450 | 2015-03-28 06:10:00 | Hi, I am running Windows 8.1 and whenever I try to right click on an executable in File Explorer, File Explorer will hang and eventually crash completely. Also, and probably related, I cannot open a command prompt window (Both running normally and as administrator). What steps should I try to diagnose the issue? |
