| 1397365 | 2015-03-26 21:23:00 | Try it in a different drive. If that doesn't work it was possibly a bad burn and needs to be redone. Desktop drives are always more tolerant of bad burns / dodgy media than Laptop drives. |

| 1397367 | 2015-03-26 23:19:00 | Or maybe they didn't finalise it. Try it in another machine then contact them if it doesn't work and see if they'll supply another. Even now optical media has a problem with multiple formats and burning methods which are not always compatible with other machines or OS's or need particular software to read properly. |
