1479101 2021-08-02 09:27:00 Hi

I want to create a A3 document that contains a 16:9 ratio landscape (orientation) image, below which sits a 12mth, 2022 calendar on ONE row.

Any ideas how to go about it?

Thanks in anticipation. John.

1479102 2021-08-02 21:20:00 You can do it in Word or even easier in Publisher.

Assuming you have your Calendar and its not locked.

Make sure the page orientation is landscape support.microsoft.com (support.microsoft.com)

Then to make the background -- Go to Design - Page Color - Fill Effects - Select Picture Tab - Select Picture.

Depending on how Transparent you want the picture (yours isn't supplied as posted) you may need to do it a different ways.

Google how to add background picture to word.

You may also have better options if using Publisher.

In publisher you would use Page Design - Background - More Backgrounds - Picture --( also has a Transparent Adjustment) Page Design also has the orientation and page size options.

1479103 2021-08-02 22:19:00 Just re-reading the original post - if you have Office 365 it has both word or Publisher, they have Templates that can be altered. Publisher would be better for this. wainuitech (129)
