431320 2006-02-16 17:27:00 I hate it, but the fact of the matter is - I have to use it here at the office. We just got a beast of a new Server - dual 3.8GHz with 2g of RAM, and lotsa nifty little gidgets...but we also got Exchange server 2003 - so we *HAVE* to use Microsoft Outlook 2003 if we want our emails backed up, and to share a calender for everyone.

The problem in this case, however isn't Outlook (Shocking, I know) It is with another application...and believe it or not...one that is WORSE that MS Outlook. IncrediHell...

IncrediMail will allow me to export all my bosses data to a .cab one step closer to my problem resolution. step back - Outlook doesn't import .cabs I extracted the .cab, and out of the 850 emails that she has on her computer, I was able to find 24 .eml files (YAY...thats the standard email extension!) Ok...24 down, 826 to go.

Does ANYBODY know of ANY other email application that WILL import a .cab, and perhaps Export into something Outlook can read? Does anyone use Eudora(sp?) I know Outlook Express can import from Eudora...

Jesus Lord Somebody Help me through this!!!

Thanks for wasting the time to read this, and hopefully you can help!

Maybe - though I haven't tried myself:

Try using one of those email backup programs which support BOTH Incredimail and Outlook, and see if it will export to a generic type format.

This in particular looks promising:
