| 431093 | 2006-02-17 04:22:00 | i could... until i went and purpassly deleted them with knoppix then i used the ubutu install (dont ask, im odd) to make a fat32 partition (5gig) at teh start of the hdd, and i made sure it was primary. then i told the windows installer to do a format of that partition in NTFS (not quick format). and then i went inside to use the laptop. came back some time later to see it bluescreened. worst yet, there was to errormessage only generic bluescreen filler. |

| 431095 | 2006-02-17 04:41:00 | but, i intended to format my windows install... it was only 16gig, of which perhaps 3gig was being used... i keep windows like this so i can go do crazy stuff and not break anything. atmost ill have to download drivers, firefox, ect... apart from walking windows through the install so it doesnt puke on me, anythign else i can do to make sure windows doesnt puke on me during the install again? |
