| 432104 | 2006-02-19 08:40:00 | HI all, Just need to know. Can I mix RAM with difference voltage. For example of currently have 1x PC2100 DDR 133 that is "CL2". Can I add more of the same RAM but "CL2.5"? (everything else would be the same) So I would have 1 stick with CL2 and 1 with CL2.5 Help will be much appreciated |

It is a spec to do with performance, although the difference between the better rating of CL2 compared to CL2.5 is nothing to write home about. Yep you can stick it in, but if your motherboard supports dual channel memory then I doubt it will run in dual channel mode.. |
