432754 2006-02-22 02:03:00 eddiesj, I suggest you purchase your own PC at home, and pay for your own Internet connection. That way you can be assured no one is monitoring you (except the police.)

I hope you don't expect help in circumventing your school's monitoring. Your teacher could be punished, or worse fired, if a student did something inappropriate on the school's equipment.

432755 2006-02-22 08:42:00 Get used to it. Its the schools PCs, when you go to work you can expect the same thing with work PCs.
If you are using the school PC for the purpose you are given access to it, then its not a problem the teacher watching is it? Or are you doing something naughty?

432757 2006-02-22 10:52:00 Ctr Alt Delete then see the running proceses, go through and end task on a few till you find the program they are using, dont end task on explorer though.

Edit the startup see if there is remote or vnc listed.

When they discover what has been done make sure you let them know it was you, when they see how clever you are they will probally let you have the rest of the year off.....

432759 2006-02-22 22:56:00 Just in case you do figure out a way to kill the processes, don't .

Imagine this:

The teacher can't get access to the PC you're using .

She walks over and checks the PC's various history and log files to get a rough idea of what the last person was doing .

She either looks on the sign up sheet, or ask the people sitting nearby who was on the PC

You're expelled .

Was it worth it?
