1357752 2006-02-21 02:19:00 I'm looking at buying either a 17 or 19 inch LCD display (I need the desk space my CRT uses). I use my pc quite a bit for gaming and watching movies so I want one with a response time of 8ms or better. Apart from that, I just want a display that isn't going to break after 3 months, and gives a decent (but not necessarily graphic designer quality) colours.

Any suggestions of brands and/or models would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The CMV brand seems very good . They were one of the first with 8ms and have a standard 3 year 3 dead pixel warranty . For about $50 . 00 extra, you can get Zero 3 year dead pixel warranty . i have sold dozens of them with no issues or problems . Well worth a look and they are not expensive .
