| 433450 | 2006-02-24 21:37:00 | Hi, Ive got a bit of a problem here... I have got a printer: HP PSC 1310 and it was working fine until today. When I try to print something, the printer staus thing box says : 'User Intervention Required'. Ive got a pic for you to see. Then the printer just stays motionless and doesnt print. | 433452 | 2006-02-25 09:20:00 | OK, thnx... but I got a different situation now: I uninstalled my HP 1310 All-in-One set because I thought it was corrupt and it would solve my problems. I uninstalled it.... and then I installed a different version: 'HP 1317 series' This didnt come to my expectations so I uninstalled this one...and tried to install the original HP PSC 1310 ...BUT it says: Wrong CD... Please insert the CD that says Window' something like that. Y cant I install the original one? I really need help, please, now My printer doesnt work at all now. :( I got Windows ME. Thanks |
