433281 2006-02-25 03:09:00 Hey Metla, that guy at Kiwisim is baseing his experience on the demo.
I have V8 Super Cars 3 and so far I'm enjoying it and would recomend it. Sure it has it's faults what game hasn't. It still has the pause bug in it that 2 had if you have force feed back on. There are 2 ways to get round it one by turning off FF or you can write a command in the CMD window to fix it. I think some guys expect to much from a game as it is only a game.

433282 2006-02-25 03:43:00 Of course, and for the vast majority of people the way Code Masters makes a game is perfect, I could go either way, The only reason I don't buy the game is because they market it as a sim, and I hate it when companies base their marketing on outright lies.

Anyhow, VR Concepts (as linked in the thread i posted) have a range of gear and games woth looking at.

433283 2006-02-25 03:45:00 I went and purchased V8 supercars 3, and i was stunned by the graphics, (PS2) its really impressive, sure there are small bugs here and then but what game hasnt?? theres always something.
Its a impressive game, lots of variety, and a whole new Pro Career, gotta start from stratch (go karts) so its kind of cool :)

433284 2006-02-27 00:24:00 March edition of PC Powerplay scores V8 Super Cars 3, 9 out of 10 and GT Legends, 8 out of 10, which I agree with as I have both games and find and find V8 Super Cars 3 is better.

433285 2006-02-27 03:49:00 I find V8Supercars 3 better for graphics and variety, its a bit harder 2 play, but maybe thats coz i compare myself to my bro when hes the motorsport freak!
he says its like a whole 100% better than v8supercars2...

433286 2006-02-27 05:52:00 meh.......Comparing V8 Supercars 3 to GT Legends is like comparing a comic to a novel.

Each is targeted to different markets but codemasters could never hope to emulate what Simbin have going on under the hood of their games, That being getting it as close to real world mechanics as currrent technoloy allows.
