NZ to AUS (finance.yahoo.com)

Yahoo Currency Converter (finance.yahoo.com)

If you are running Firefox, then there is a currency converter extension that uses Yahoo's rates and sits in your toolbar for quick conversions.

433756 2006-02-25 20:37:00 Looks like MS Calc Plus (www.microsoft.com) can do conversions between currencies.

You install it, run it, then go to edit / import ECB exchange rates, it'll download them from the net.

Then you can convert area, currencies, consumption (engines), power, pressure, temp, weight, volume, velocity, energy, lengths.

See Exchange Rates on the left hand column.

433758 2006-02-25 20:59:00 With the Aussie dollar so close to our own at the moment compared to a few years ago when it was around 75c it probably isn't worth doing, but when I go overseas I make up a pocket currency conversion sheet for quick lookups of prices. With that, all I need do is look up the local price on the sheet and underneath will be the NZ equivalent. Much quicker than getting the calculator out every five minutes. FoxyMX (5)
433759 2006-02-25 22:17:00 BNZ does the cheapest exchange for you, well from my experience...ANZ was like $20 or something, BNZ was like $5...but that was 2 years ago, so either anz has dropped or bnz has rised ro they're the same...
the banking websites will definately say their charges....try them :)
