windows xp home ed.

i have two minidump files, but im not sure how to post them.

434179 2006-02-27 01:10:00 An only-while-deoing-certain-tasks hardware BSOD usually means the naffed memory address.

Usually it's RAM - the first stick fills up and the error is on the second etc.

In your case you've put in a video card and and video cards have ram...

You under warranty?

yes.
so your suggesting that it is a faulty gpu issue?

434181 2006-02-27 01:43:00 faulty video RAM, take it back. That's what I'd suggest

If was the GPU you'd constantly have the BSOD
