| 434000 | 2006-02-26 19:17:00 | theres plenty of free hdd wipe progs out ther but if the drive is faulty you cannot guarantee that any wipe prog you run will work correctly anyway......unless you are hiding some commercially sensitive stuff or somethin you oculd get jailed for then dont worry .......if it's either of the first two...forget the warranty and jsut buy a new drive......and put an axe thru your old one before you dump it | drcspy (146) | ||
| 434001 | 2006-02-26 20:19:00 | drcspy The errors where file system errors I could not solve and the retailer is taking it back(sended a new one firstly so I could copy over). So I just don't want to send any data back. There is no dubious stuff on it, just business and private. Could you name any of those wipe HDD progs? Thanks Gion |
