435111 2006-03-02 13:39:00 My co-worker's pc's internal speaker beeps everytime he gets any sort of error or information popup in Windows XP - needless to say this isn't the most pleasant thing for the rest of us when he gets loads of error messages etc. Any way to turn this off? What might be causing it? Thanks!! lizzy1e (9900)
435112 2006-03-02 18:04:00 Depending on what version of windows is installed, go to control panel / sounds. Audio/sound playback and find the pc speaker option. Untick it. So you wont hear the sound, within windows. Speedy Gonzales (78)
