But maybe as no one seems to have had to return things it shows they sell good quality stuff to start with? PC Wise are also very good in my experience. |

I requested a RMA number from them (you cannot just return broken items to C1 Shopping Mall, you have to inform them of your intention, explain the problem and wait for them to assign you a RMA number), they provided one a day later, and I sent back the item with Courier Post. According to the Courier Post, they have delivered the returned item the next day. It's a week later and I still haven't heard back from C1 Shopping Mall, not even to confirm that they have received the item. | gabba (9894) | ||

I went through this issue with a harddrive which failed 11 months after purchase. I followed the instructions down to the letter but had absolutly no correspondence from them. I sent increasingly stroppy emails to them including a final one to the company owner (found via whois and the companies register). Never heard back from them at all however 7 weeks later a replacement arrived. Now I have no idea if I only got a replacement through nagging, or it would have come anyway. |
