| 436190 | 2006-03-07 02:24:00 | I have just got a Voice/Voice Out account with Yahoo.Making PC to PC and PC to phones calls works just fine, the quality and price of the calls are great. When I try to make a call to a mobile,(Vodaphone NZ) nothing, not even a ring tone.Is this a problem with the Yahoo set up,or is it Vodaphone/Telecom blocking the call? Yahoo charges me for the call even though it does not connect. Is this normal policy of all VOIP providers or is it just Yahoo's policy? Cheers Lachlan |
