| 436203 | 2006-03-07 02:04:00 | I'll get to the screen I see "everyday" as it would load on any other, normal day . Again, this being my second time dealing with this issue, it will not load my PC past this one point . First off . Compaq Presario, Intel Celeron . 2+ Ghz Processor . 1k ddr ram . GeForce 2 FX 5500 . 80g HD @ 7200 RPM's . I honestly wish I knew more about the Desktop PC, since it was right out of the box and that's about it . I have had the PC since September of 2005 . So not that very long . This being the second time, i'm getting rather frustrated . Issue: PC was working fine yesterday, playing games and checking the net . Usual routine of the day . Go to work, come home and turn the PC on and I get this same issue as before . I get the big, Compaq, Intel inside logo and at the bottom it shows "v3 . 25 <ESC=Boot Menu> <F1=Setup> <F10=System Recovery>" and all it does is sits there . I press ESC and F1, it'll say "Booting to menu" or "Locating setup" . . . but nothing will happen for a good thirty minutes and i'll just power off and say "screw this" in frustration . I try F10 and nothing will happen . Having the same issue before, I wish I now asked how the PC Tech fixed it, the first time around . Anyways, thanks in advance, if anyone can help me out here . |
