435999	2006-03-06 22:05:00	Thanks but had tried that and got: "Cannot copy outlook: the process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file" - and yes Outlook is closed I back mine up about weekly to another computer by using SmartSync Pro. To achieve the sync you have to ensure that you have exited Outlook on both computers. I am puzzled why this is not a happening thing for you if you have closed Outlook - I have never had to do anything to my anti virus email checker (I use System Suite; maybe this is another one of Norton's 'take over the world' foibles?). Agree with Safari that start up in safe mode should work, but that is a bit cumbersome, and I hope you can avoid it by his other method.	John H (8)
