| 435979 | 2006-03-06 12:57:00 | Hi can anyone help me? When I switch on my PC I have 28gigs of free space this free space disappears at the rate of about 1gig every 2 hours, the "used" portion of my HD remains constant so I just dont know where my free space is going or what is using it. When I restart my PC I am back to 28gigs again. I have tried all the usual things anti virus, spy sweeper, adaware, pest patrol, regrun, the ultimate troubleshooter all to no avail. Any suggestions please. |

You want to set it to show all and go to the right end of the lines and see what shows as increasing the i/o writes. that should show quite easily what is writing to the disk. Cheers Piva |
