hello...i'm hoping some one could please help. I recently installed this video capture card and it came with the power producer 2 gold...i installed it...everything was fine...i was successful at capturing the video from my camcorder in attempt to burn it to dvd..i saved it then i tried to burn it to dvd..but the error said "this disc type is not supported"..i was using regular imation dvd...so i went and purchased maxell dvd +rw..and i get the same response..the file only saves it in that ppp format..so i cant use nero or anything i have to try and burn it in another program...i dont know if i'm using the wrong discs or is it something i'm not doing..i've read the manual but there isnt anything in it for my situation...i'm runnin xp media center, my processor, ram, and hd space met requirements...i'm just going :waughh: trying to figure out what to do...please help..thanks snapz |
