437048 2006-03-09 22:14:00 hey.
i've just got a new laptop - running win xp pro.
i just went to resize a few images using the right click menu, only to find that there was no option to do so.
on my desktop (win xp pro) i can right click a jpg and say 'resize image' and windows does it all.
how can i enable this?
cheers

437049 2006-03-09 22:51:00 Hi Fergie. Are you accessing the graphics through Windows Explorer to right click? Scouse (83)
437050 2006-03-10 01:21:00 yea, even just right cliking straight on the image file brings up the resize option on my desktop. Fergie (6508)

437052 2006-03-10 01:30:00 thank u very much!!

also, while you're all here, you know when you go to save something (like in word) it comes up a dialogue box and has shortcuts to places u can save them (like Network Places, my computer, my docs etc)
is there a way to add my own shortcut, or change one of the ones i don't use?

Cheers
Fergie (6508)
437053 2006-03-10 04:06:00 Tweakui has a facility to change these 'Places'. XP Pro can do it via gpedit.msc, as well, but tweakui is probably easier and more universal. linw (53)
