| 1399143 | 2015-04-22 01:33:00 | Any recommendations of printers that will print to envelopes without jamming ? Im pretty sure most home inkjet/mfc's wont, as the paper path curls around too tightly. I guess I need a printer with a straight paper path, or one with a exit door on the back so it doesnt have to curl around. Ive found that even though the specs may say it will do envelopes, the reality is they just jam. |

| 1399144 | 2015-04-22 04:16:00 | I had a HP Office Pro inkjet printer which could handle envelopes with no problems. The Brother B&W laser I now have has a straight through option which is also good for envelope printing. | CliveM (6007) | ||
| 1399145 | 2015-04-22 10:31:00 | I've had a series of Canon Colour Inkjets and HP Mono Lasers dating back to the first release of colour printers and they have all handled envelopes, large and small, without any problems at all. The only printer that has disappointed me is my Samsung CLP-325 colur laser, the colour quality is awful. If I rated my canon IP4200 inkjet alongside the print quality of the Samsung, the IP4200 rates 100 and the Samsung rates 30 at best. Put bluntly, it is crap. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
