1398586 2015-04-15 02:20:00 Hello!
This is my fist post so be mindful :)
I have recently dropped my computer (hence the name). my computer is a Toshiba p50-a and its about 1.3 years old. my computer seams fine, just cosmetic and on usb slot broken (the top left if maters), but if i but my ear up to it, and i hear regular, then i hear a clicking, but i remember that it was always like that, but saying it just to be sure. if i where to press down lightly between the G and the H the key board would go down a little bit. my computer was a little bit slow, but that might be Hd tune i was running in the background. Also when i was writing this post, i heard a loud chick, but that might not be it or something. so all im asking it what should i do, or tests i should do, i would really appreciate it.
i dont come on here much so sorry if i dont reply soon enough

1398587 2015-04-15 02:25:00 First thing, Back up any data you don't want to lose.

Its possible the hard Drive has been damaged & pending failure , or sometimes depending on how the drives are secured in the case, they can come lose and be losing power.

Hard drives don't take to kindly to shock, and even more so if they are going at the time.

1398589 2015-04-15 03:03:00 Or it may be fine, I'd find out the brand of hdd in your PC and get the diagnostic tools from their website and do a test. Or you could just run scandisk but it doesn't test the same things. If you can't find anything wrong with the hdd and it's not overheating you have probably gotten away with no real damage. dugimodo (138)

Yeah, I found I couldn't fix the repetitive noise, so I uninstalled it.

Not the ideal solution, but I like a quiet workspace.
