Calling them tonight, pity the poor bastard who gets to speak to me.....

1398345 2015-04-10 02:26:00 I've just transferred to Actrix this week and my speeds (ADSL2+) are nearly 2x faster than with my old ISP. :clap

So, no issues. All fabulous.

Maybe they gave me your share...? :p

Also, don't forget it is school holidays which may mean heavier use during the day.

Sorry how is it Actrix's issue you have been through the same problem with several ISPs? If that's the case have you considered maybe it isn't an ISP issue.

I don't consider more people using it a valid excuse for my speeds being in the toilet, if that is the cause then the company needs to fix it with more bandwidth

Well with Actrix I don't know, this is the first time I am calling them on this issue.

With the others it most certainly was. With Orcon for instance after 8 months of back and forth and talking with the CEO on occasion and being given the direct dial number for the Manager of Client Relations they came back and told me the issue was identified as a hardware fault on their end but it was too expensive to fix so they would not be taking the case further.....

Is it any wonder I am angry?
My patience is gone with ISP's 100% gone.
