I've been with Actrix for a few years now and have had nothing but good service from them. When you phone you almost always get through straight away, and if not you can lodge a callback so you don';t have to wait on the phone. The people you talk to are polite and friendly and appear to know what they are talking about. They handled my transfer from ADSL to VDSL smoothly and really helpfully, sorted out some teething problems promptly, and on the one occasion where I have had a billing issue it was resolved quickly and courteously. |
