1387726 2014-11-10 19:34:00 Thank you all for you input. It is all definitely a lot of help. I think I might just go with the Android on this one. As for solving the issue with istorage...not sure if you want to trust the icloud with all the privacy breeches but you can always get rich by making your own app (www.forbes.com) for it. lighttickled (17211)

The only reason your data would be potentially insecure on iCloud would be if you had a very weak password that you gave to someone else. With a strong password it is about as safe as safe gets.

I prefer to back my stuff up to my computer, my fiance backs hers up to iCloud and has never had any issues.

1387728 2014-11-10 22:39:00 This interests me. My mate has an iphone 5 and asked me how he could get more music/photos/videos of the grandkids etc on it. Up till then I thought you could just bung a 64/128GB microsd card in it like my Sony experia and SWMBO's Samsung Ace2. Cost=$45. Couldnt find a card slot and after a bit of research found that what you get is all you are going to get.

Then I found a 64GB Mophie at $320. Sounds like what is needed but very pricey!
Does anyone know a cheaper way round this?

Thanks... Ken

I agree, the storage on the iPhone 5 can be a bit limiting if you want to carry some movies and lots of photos with you which lots of people tend to do. Either back them up to the iCloud or your PC or get the 128GB iPhone6.

1387729 2014-11-19 05:34:00 iPhone 6's Wi-Fi speeds -- both downstream and upstream -- were roughly double those of the 5s, and about 25 percent faster than those of the Samsung Galaxy S5. approveme (17303)
