1398727 2015-04-17 06:01:00 Could someone remind me, please, how I suppress the display of zeroes on an Excel 2010 spreadsheet?

Thanks in advance

1398728 2015-04-17 06:47:00 I think it is "File - Options - Advanced - Options for this worksheet" b.... (7683)
1398729 2015-04-17 08:44:00 In my old 2003 version another option is to select the cell(s) to format and right click, select Format, Custom, and enter #,###;-#,###

The usual arrangement is to order the formats as follows: Positive Numbers;Negative Numbers;Zero Values;Null Values, so if you want decimal places to show, you'd use #,###.##;-#,###.##;;

1398730 2015-04-17 09:30:00 Thanks B... Yep, that's the one. Why Microsoft had to put the setting somewhere so B*** obscure, as compared to earlier versions of Excel, the Lord only knows! tinakarori (5695)
