437854 2006-03-13 19:35:00 Hi, I have a question about processor overclocking. I, myself, have an AMD Athlon 3200+, and I wish to overclock it. How do you do it? Do you need any voltage mods? What program do you use to ovrlock it?

Here's a detailed list o my system specs.

C:\Program Files\Futuremark\3DMark05\systeminfo\SI.xml

Thanks in advance.

437855 2006-03-13 20:37:00 ERRRRRRRRRRR........lol your 'detailed list of puter specs' points to a file on your harddrive which is of course totally innacessable from 'here'.......anyway overclockign ............you usually can do it in the bios screens by adjusting the cpu/fsb ratio there.......do it in SMALL stages until the system becomes unstable /overheats etc .....then back it off a bit.....dont worry about voltages unless you are gonna get radical........ drcspy (146)
437856 2006-03-13 21:26:00 Hmmmmm, OC cpu's is a tricky business!, there are many many varibles to consider.
CPU multiplier
MOBO fastest bus speed
RAM 1:1 or dividers

I suggest you check out this forum, these guy live OC and this is a good thread for utilities to OC.
There are plenty of other thread re OC too.
