| 438468 | 2006-03-16 04:38:00 | It could be a USB effect. The USB controller can go into a power saving mode after a period on on-activity on a port. This might cause the mouse to generate random positioning signals. Try turning off the power saving mode completely. Just a thought ... not a guaranteed fix. :D |

It even wandered on shut down. cant imagine what you mean 'even wandered on shutdown' surely if shut down the system is powered down and cant do anything ?........and as for the point about remote access is this a two way thing ?... |
