439078 2006-03-18 21:16:00 I recently installed 'hiphop ejay' on my pc but when i went to uninstall it i got the error message "the current version of the application could not be determined. the setup will now terminate". i dont know how to remove it?!. I tried to reinstall it hoping that then i could un-install it again (if that makes sense?) but recieved the same message "the current version of the application could not be determined. the setup will now terminate". Help would be good :) its as if the pc doesnt recognise its installed. But at the same time thinks it is?!. maybe the installation details are currupt. i dunno. Help!! solo187 (10018)

439082 2006-03-19 04:18:00 Sorry, yeah i didn't read your original post properly
If you've deleted the programs folder and the reg entries what is the problem?
how do you know it's still installed? are you getting popups etc complaining of missing entries or dll's?
Can you be a bit more specific as to what the problem is?
If it's still got an entry in Add/Remove that you want gone the use CCleaner and remove the entry

Have you checked Program files>Common Files for any related folders
Local Settings > Application Data etc
Have you done a search for all ejay files

439083 2006-03-19 04:20:00 Is this (www.voyetra.com/site/kb_ftp/1752001.asp) any help? Graham L (2)
439084 2006-03-19 04:21:00 Try ccleaner (http://www . ccleaner . com)

Delete its folder, delete whatever is in documents and settings .

If it puts anything here . Install ccleaner click on issues / scan for issues and then click on fix selected issues .

Say yes or no to backing it up, then it'll remove the entries

As previously posted:

Can you be a bit more specific as to what the problem is?

You'll need to supply more info if you want accurate help
